Ok lots of people had been asking me (in person) about the Movie 2012.
Have you seen it?
Me: No, I haven't seen it.
Are you going to see it?
Me: No, I'm not going to.
Why?
Me: Because well It's just another 'end of the world' movie ("and I feel fine", a little lyric quote from "Its the end of the world as we know it" by Great Big Sea). I honestly don't believe that the world will end at that time.
What does the people in the church you go to beleieve?
Me: I can't say, because I can't speak what they think about it. Everyone has their own opinions about movies of certain topics. Some would reply it's just a movie. (Like I would)
What do you believe?
Me: It'll end eventually but not in 2012. Sure the Mayan calender stops at that time period but my theory is because of the Spanish invading and the Influences of societies throught the centuries, because of that I believe they lost a majority of their culture. Same with the Natives/Indians here they too lost some of their cultural beliefs due to our influences and my god the cuel things had been done to them in the past... sameful now but back then that seamed to be the only way for them to get the point accrosed.

And the Crystal Skulls theory? (a documentary on Discover channel that was done which aired on tv after Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull went into threaters) Hard to say a part of me wants to believe it but 75% of me doesn't. Even the scientific facts they metioned seamed far-fetched and too extreme I just turned off the tv feeling nothing but "For cryin out loud, give me a break I don't believe that piece of crap."
